byeagain is a Refurbishment-as-a-Service provider based in Graz, Austria. We take over returns, B-stock, display items, and surplus inventory from brands, retailers, and logistics partners across Europe — and turn them back into sellable products through a fully managed end-to-end process: assessment, cleaning, repair where necessary, grading, storage, fulfillment, and resale.
We specialize in non-electronic consumer goods across four categories: Outdoor & Garden (gardening tools, grills, lawn care, pressure washers), Tools & DIY (power tools, hand tools, storage), Baby & Kids (strollers, bouncers, feeding products, toys), and Pets Equipment (carriers, furniture, feeding supplies). These are categories traditionally excluded from refurbishment due to their complexity — which is exactly what we built our process for.
How it works
Five steps: Check (inspect and document every return), Clean (professional cleaning to manufacturer standards), Repair (only where necessary — most products don't need it), Grade (quality grading and full documentation), Resell (sold through controlled channels at real market value — not 3% of SRP to a wholesaler). Most brands stop at step one. We run all five.
No. You don't need a refurbishment team, warehouse capacity, or marketplace integrations. Send us your non-sellable stock, we handle everything end-to-end, and products return to market under your brand control. You focus on your core business.

No. Unlike liquidation, byeagain keeps you in full control of where your products appear, at what quality level, and under what name. No price dumping. No grey-market exposure.
Sustainability
Yes. We provide full CO₂ savings and landfill diversion reporting for every batch we process — ready for ESG audits and investor reporting. Refurbishment avoids the full production footprint of a product (around 50kg CO₂ per typical consumer goods item) plus the additional disposal emissions that come with landfill.
A typical consumer goods item carries around 50kg of CO₂ locked in from production. When that product goes to landfill, another 5kg is added on disposal — 55kg wasted in total. Refurbishment avoids all of it: no new production needed, no disposal emissions.
